So, as you may have already guessed my name is Nadine, and I thought it’s about time I hauled myself into modern day times and delved into this new fangled world of blogging!
I’m going to be honest here, it’s something that’s been on my ‘must get this done’ list for at least a year now, yes, you read that right, twelve whole months of pondering how to even get started in this mysterious world of which I have managed to successfully avoid up until now!
Not that I had gone out of my way to avoid it, rather that I have never actually known exactly what blogging is, or how to go about it, so perched very happily within my comfort zone I have been shooting the occasional glance over my shoulder into the blogging world, but never dared to venture further!
I’m also involved with a fabulous group of ladies who make up The Business Womans Network, hosting my own events for local business women in my area (Tendring) to come together to learn and support each other in a nurturing environment where friendships and business relationships can flourish. Empowering women to live their best lives is something I am passionate about, and I love that more and more women are finding their own way in the world, challenging the prehistoric beliefs that it is only men that can have it all.
Now I’m guessing that you’re probably going to get a little bored of reading all about me, so I’m going to sign off now, and each week I will be sharing with you not only some of the randomness that goes on inside my head, but also some really excellent information about how I help people save money, make money, and grow their businesses. What we love about our business women that attend our networking events is that they don’t just care about their own success they care about other business women’s success too.
Many of our members also have very busy personal lives and yet they find the time to raise money for charity.

I’ve been told off by so many business women that my courses are far too cheap – yes that dangerous word!
Even my coach kicked my butt and questioned “What are you playing at?” The reason they are low cost is because I know this stuff works and I want to be there for everyone. And I can’t physically coach everyone can I?

We don’t just like to talk about you and your business, we love to hear about local charity events too. We have a charity of the year at each venue and you can speak to your local coordinator to learn more. Here we hear from Hearing Care Centre about a local event, how you can get involved, but first did you know;
One local business has announced their inaugural charity golf day, which promises to be and a fantastic opportunity for networking whilst raising money for a good cause and just as fun for complete beginners as it is for seasoned golfers,.
The Hearing Care Centre is an award winning family-run hearing care company which has 26 clinics across East Anglia. They will be holding the event on Wednesday 17th July 2019 at Seckford Golf Club, near Woodbridge. All proceeds from the event will go towards Hearing Dogs For Deaf People.
Beginning at around 1pm, golfers will enjoy 18 holes of golf across this stunning course, while those who are new to golf will receive three hours of tuition with a PGA golf professional. The two groups will re-join at the clubhouse to enjoy a locally sourced BBQ dinner, and conclude with an official awards ceremony. There will also be some fantastic prizes which all attendees will have a chance of winning during the event.
Entry for the event is £50 per person and includes the golf, BBQ, snacks and a donation to the charity. Golfers wishing to enter the tournament itself must enter in teams of 4 players, and discounts are available if companies enter more than one team.
